  • Availability: Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Ordering & Payment

  • Channels: Orders can be placed through our official website, WhatsApp, or any authorized platform.

  • Pricing: All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed after payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Coverage: We ship across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • Timeline: Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days.

  • Delays: Delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays, weather, or courier delays beyond our control.

  • Accuracy: AR-Originals is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.

6. Return & Refund

All return and refund requests are governed by our dedicated Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content (logos, images, brand name) is the intellectual property of AR-Originals.

  • Trademarks: The car brand logos we sell are third-party trademarks and are sold purely as physical automotive accessories. AR-Originals does not claim ownership of any car brand's trademark.

8. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information (Address/Contact) at the time of order.

  • Inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Use our products responsibly and lawfully.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • AR-Originals is not liable for indirect or incidental damages from the use of our products.

  • Installation: We are not responsible for any vehicle damage resulting from incorrect installation by the customer.

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific order.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is valuable to us. Personal information (Name, Phone, Address) is used solely for order processing. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
