Shipping policy

1. Overview

At AR-Originals, we are committed to delivering your favorite car logos and emblems safely, securely, and on time. We ship across Pakistan and ensure that every order is carefully packed and handed over to our trusted courier partners for a smooth delivery experience.


2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all major cities and regions across Pakistan, including:

  • Zone A: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi.

  • Zone B: Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Abbottabad.

  • Other Areas: All other cities and towns covered by our courier partners.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

  • Notifications: You will receive an order confirmation and a Tracking Number via WhatsApp or email once your order has been dispatched.

Note: Timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


5. Shipping Charges & Partners

  • Charges: Shipping fees will be clearly communicated at the time of checkout. (Free shipping may apply on specific order thresholds).

  • Courier Partners: We work with reliable services including TCS, Leopards Courier, M&P (Trax), and PostEx to ensure safe delivery.


6. Order Tracking & Packaging

  • Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared. You can monitor your shipment on the courier's official website.

  • Safe Packaging: Every emblem is wrapped in protective material and packed in a sturdy box to prevent scratches or transit damage.


7. Failed Delivery & Exceptions

  • Failed Attempts: After 2 failed delivery attempts due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by public holidays, severe weather, or high-volume sale periods, but we will keep you updated.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Lost Items: In the rare case of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier for a resolution (Replacement or Refund as per our policy).
