Refund policy

Overview

At AR-Originals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in delivering high-quality car logos and emblems to our valued customers across Pakistan. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy is here to make things right.


1. Eligible Returns

You may request a return under the following circumstances:

  • The product was received in damaged or defective condition.

  • You received the wrong item (incorrect logo or emblem for your car model).

  • The product quality does not match the description or images shown on our listing.

  • The order was incomplete (missing parts, fittings, or accessories).

2. Return Window

  • All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after 7 days will not be entertained, so we strongly recommend inspecting your order upon receipt.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Custom-made or personalized logos/emblems manufactured specifically for your order.

  • Items that have been used, installed, or removed from their original packaging.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or incorrect installation by the customer.

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price (unless found to be defective).


4. How to Initiate a Return

Our return process is simple and hassle-free. Just follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours.

  4. If approved, ship the product back in its original packaging to our address.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed.


5. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refund Method: Via original payment channel (Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash).

  • Refund Timeline: Within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Partial Refund: May be issued for minor defects or missing accessories.

  • Full Refund: Issued for wrong item delivery or major product defects.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Our Error: If the return is due to a wrong or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: If the return is due to a change of mind, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.


7. Replacement Option

If you prefer, we are happy to offer a free replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability) instead of a refund.
